The development of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of payment systems from cash-based transactions to more efficient and secure cashless transactions. One of the innovations introduced by Bank Indonesia is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which enables business owners to receive digital payments through various electronic payment applications. However, the utilization of QRIS among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Mareje Timur Village, West Lombok Regency, remains relatively low due to limited digital financial literacy and insufficient understanding of its benefits. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of MSME owners in utilizing QRIS to improve transaction efficiency and financial inclusion. The methods employed included socialization, training sessions, hands-on practice, and assistance in QRIS implementation. The program involved MSME actors from various business sectors. The results indicated an increase in participants’ understanding of digital payment systems, the benefits of QRIS, and their ability to conduct transactions using QRIS. Furthermore, participants demonstrated strong enthusiasm and began implementing QRIS as an alternative payment method in their business activities. The use of QRIS provides convenience in transactions, improves payment security, and supports better financial record-keeping. Therefore, optimizing the utilization of QRIS can serve as an effective strategy to enhance transaction efficiency and expand financial inclusion among MSMEs in Mareje Timur Village.
