Monitoring of services through the BPS PST needs to be carried out in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information and the services provided. The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve the quality of data and public services. Based on a study of the results of the 2023 Mataram City Data Needs Survey (SKD), the highest percentage of data users at the Mataram City BPS came from ASN/TNI/Polri (54.06%) in line with the use of their data for government decision-making (59.45%). Based on the services used, most data users access statistical products on the BPS Website (52%) which is supported by the large number of visitors who choose the type of data access service through the Mataram City BPS website (69.77%). In addition, many data users also use statistical consultation services (18.60%), use printed publications available in the Mataram BPS library (4.65%), and also use statistical activity recommendation services (4.65%). This is supported by the large number of PST visitors who come visited the BPS PST of Mataram City (18%). The level of data user satisfaction with the quality of data on the Mataram City statistical service has been very satisfactory, reaching a value of 98.24%. The assessment aspects that include the services obtained (99.51%), data access (97.30%) and infrastructure (100%) obtained very good values during 2023. The Consumer Satisfaction Index for BPS Services reached 97.67% and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) for BPS Services reached 98.43%. This figure shows that both data services and anti-corruption perceptions from BPS Mataram City are very good for data users in 2023.
