Studi Literatur Analisis SWOT dalam Strategi Pengembangan BUMD di Kabupaten Lombok Timur

Abstract

Regionally Owned Enterprises (BUMD) play an important role in supporting regional economic development and increasing local revenue. In East Lombok Regency, BUMD are expected to contribute to public services and regional income. This study aims to analyze the application of SWOT analysis in formulating development strategies for BUMD in East Lombok Regency. The method used is a literature study by reviewing relevant journals, books, and policy documents. The results show that SWOT analysis helps identify internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats faced by BUMD. Effective implementation of SWOT can support strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance. However, it requires accurate data and strong managerial commitment.
