Analisis SWOT untuk Penguatan Daya Saing UMKM: Sebuah Review Kritis Studi Literatur di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat

Abstract

This research aims to critically review the application of SWOT analysis in developing regional competitiveness in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The method used is a literature study by analyzing 10 scientific journal articles related to SWOT implementation in MSMEs, tourism, and regional economic development. The results show that SWOT analysis is widely used as a strategic planning tool because it is simple and systematic. However, most studies are still descriptive and lack quantitative strategic analysis. The conclusion indicates that SWOT is effective as an initial analytical tool, but it needs to be combined with other strategic approaches to enhance regional competitiveness more comprehensively.
